At MAGIKWEAVES, we strive to provide quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Time Frame: We have customer friendly 7 days return and exchange policy. You should raise the return/exchange request with magikweaves.com within 7 days of receiving the product. For exceptional cases please write to us at support@magikweaves.com.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags in place will not be accepted.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
– Customized or made-to-order products. (Sarees has been ordered with fall and edging, pre-draped sarees etc. that are customized based on your request)
– Clearance or sale items.
– We perform through quality check before dispatching the product to ensure there is no defect or damage to it. If you have received a product with defect, do write to us at support@magikweaves.com with order id and the clear photo of the defect for resolution. If the product is returned as used or damaged by you, we will not accept the product and refund / credit notes will not be issued.
– There can be very slight variation in colour of the actual product with the photograph what you see on the device. This can be due to device resolution and configurations. Products will not be returns and exchanged for this reason, unless you receive a product of completely different colour.

Note: Handloom sarees are crafted with immense skill and precision, but due to their handmade nature, certain irregularities are inherent to the process and should not be considered defects. These may include minor variations in weaving, slight differences in color or texture, and small knots or uneven threads, all of which are a testament to their authenticity and artisanal craftsmanship. Such imperfections add to the charm and uniqueness of each piece, showcasing the individuality of the weaver’s work. Understanding these nuances helps in appreciating the true essence of handloom sarees.

2. Return Process

Initiation: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at contact@magikweaves.com, providing your order number and reason for the return.
Approval: Upon approval, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Once we receive the returned product, we will notify you. We will issue refund/credit note post quality inspection of the returned product. Some products may require re-stocking fees if mentioned in the product description, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
– Shipping fees, COD Charges are non-refundable.
– In cases of COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or through a bank transfer.

3. Exchange Process

Initiation: Contact us at contact@magikweaves.com with your order details and the product you wish to exchange.
Approval: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the new item, unless the original item was damaged or defective.
Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the original item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Mail us at support@magikweaves.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.

If you receive a defective product:
1. Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
2. Provide photos of the damage/defect and the packaging.
3. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

– Gift cards.
– Items purchased during special sales or promotions.
– Made to order / Customized products on your request.
– Personal care or hygiene products.

6. Additional Information

– We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our conditions.
