At MAGIKWEAVES, we are dedicated to providing timely and reliable delivery for all orders placed through our website, https://magikweaves.com. This Shipping Policy outlines information on order processing, shipping options, delivery times, Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, and more.
1. Order Processing
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order Modifications or Cancellations: For changes or cancellations, please contact us at contact@magikweaves.com as soon as possible. Modifications or cancellations may not be possible once the order has shipped.
2. Shipping Options & Charges
Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹1850; otherwise, a flat fee of ₹150 + GST applies.
Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge based on your location. Charges will be displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for an additional fee of ₹100, depending on location. COD fees and availability are displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times for Ready-to-Ship Products: Once an order is placed, normally it takes around 3 to 5 business days to dispatch (unless, otherwise specifically mentioned in the product detail). It takes on an average 5 to 7 business days to get it delivered after dispatch. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped. For Remote areas it can be little more based on courier partner’s SLA for delivering the product.
Made to Order Products: Products that are made to order, will have separate shipping timeline. We will keep you informed about the same by email after confirming such orders.
Delivery Timeline: Once the item is ready, it will be shipped as per the standard delivery times mentioned above. This means the total delivery time for made-to-order products includes both production and shipping durations.
Order Tracking: Once a made-to-order item has shipped, you will receive a tracking email to monitor its delivery.
3. Single Delivery Location per Order
For each order, only one delivery address is permitted. We do not accommodate split shipments for a single order. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place separate orders.
4. Delivery Locations
We deliver to most pin codes across India. If an area is outside our standard delivery network, you will be notified during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking Information: Once shipped, tracking details will be sent by email / WhatsApp. You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section.
6. Delivery Attempts and Re-delivery
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make 2 delivery attempts in general. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
Re-delivery: If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be marked as a “Return to Origin” (RTO).
Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for re-delivery.
To arrange re-delivery, please contact our customer support team at contact@magikweaves.com within 2 days of the first delivery attempt.
7. Address Changes
Please verify your address carefully. For address updates post-order, contact us at along with the order number at contact@magikweaves.com immediately within 24hours from order placing. Changes cannot be guaranteed if the order has been dispatched.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
Occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen factors. Contact us if your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe for assistance.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
Damaged Shipments: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving damaged packages with photos for assistance.
Missing Items: Contact us promptly for missing items, providing package details for resolution.
10. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. Please check back for future international delivery updates.
