To enable returns and exchange, items must be unused and unwashed to ensure returns and exchange for hygiene reasons
Items should have original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags in place will not be accepted.
Customized products can not be returned or exchanged. This include (custom designed products based on request, sarees has been ordered with fall and edging, pre-draped sarees etc. that are customized based on your request)
We have customer friendly 7 days return and exchange policy. You should raise the return/exchange request with magikweaves.com within 7 days of receiving the product. For exceptional cases please write to us at support@magikweaves.com.
The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved. We will communicate with you over mail on your return/exchange requests.
Once we receive the returned product, we will notify you. We will issue refund/credit note post quality inspection of the returned product. Some products may require re-stocking fees if mentioned in the product description, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
We perform through quality check before dispatching the product to ensure there is no defect or damage to it. If you have received a product with defect, do write to us at support@magikweaves.com with order id and the clear photo of the defect for resolution. If the product is returned as used or damaged by you, we will not accept the product and refund / credit notes will not be issued.
If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Mail us at support@magikweaves.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping or COD charges.
Items purchased on sale will not be returned or exchanged.
Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
There can be very slight variation in colour of the actual product with the photograph what you see on the device. This can be due to device resolution and configurations. Products will not be returns and exchanged for this reason, unless you receive a product of completely different colour.
Credit notes / coupons issues for refunds and exchanges are valid for ### months only from the date of issue.
Discount coupons used for purchase of product will not be refunded for return and exchanges.
No return and exchange request would be accepted if the exchange request is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment. Incase of exceptional cases please write to us at support@magikweaves.com.
Credit Note once issued cannot be en-cashed.
If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code or credit note for the approved amount for the product you returned. You can then use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount for your purchase.
Products woven in handloom, may have slight imperfections. This is normal and not a defect, thus we request you not to return products for this reason. Please feel free to reach us at support@magikweaves.com with your concern, we are ready to help.
Delivery of a product purchased on www.magikweaves.com, beyond the date indicated by us as the outermost delivery date will not entitle you to a refund of the amount paid by you for such a product if the delay in delivery has occurred due to Force Majeure or if the delivery details provided by you are inaccurate.
Please note that you will not be entitled to a refund for the amount paid by you for a product purchased on www.magikweaves.com and delivered to you unless the product has been returned to us.
